The girl startled up as something touched her feet. Even more confused she noticed the shady trees which surrounded her.
No sand. The desert seemed far away; such trees didn't grow in dry areas, only in regions where it rained often. It seemed more likely to be...
"Ame no kuni...", she muttered.
"Right."
She turned around. One of the men she met in the desert sat on the stub of a tree. It was the black-haired one. Itachi.
On his shoulders and all around him sat crows which beat their wings in excitement. As she looked to her feed she knew right away what had woken her up.

She couldn't go on.
Exhausted she slumped into the sand and leaned herself against the high rock face. At least it wasn't as windy here.
The sun burned merciless onto the sand dunes. As she looked up, she had to blink in order not to loose conciousness. The light was overwhelming. Then she buried her face in her arms and poised.
There was no way. She couldn't go any step further.
Maybe she should leave the situation well enough alone and die here, at this place. Somewhere, nobody would ever come by, where nobody would ever attempt on her life, where she was simply all alone.
